Order of the Evening

The Macdonald Pipe Band is pleased to present a modern-day take on the traditional Burns Night – Burns in the ‘Burgh 2020 will keep the traditional aspects of a true Scottish supper, with some fresh updates for our guests:

  • Piping in the Haggis
  • Traditional Toasts
  • Address to a Haggis recitation
  • Scottish Selfie Station
  • Try your Hand on a Practice Chanter
  • Selkirk Grace before the full buffet dinner
  • Cash Bar
  • Performances by the Macdonald Pipe Band & Celtic Spirit Dancers
  • 50/50 and Raffle Baskets

New in 2020 – Child Care!

We have contracted with FlexableCare.com to provide on-site childcare for your wee ones, ages 2-18. For $10 per child, you can secure a spot in the children’s room for the event. Childcare seats may be purchased on the Buy Tickets page.

Flexable offers bonded, certified caregivers who will care for your child in an adjoining room at the venue while you enjoy the Burns Night festivities. You can check in on your child throughout the evening as they enjoy games and toys provided by Flexable!
